We are looking for two committed colleagues to Pysslingen Preschools in Södermalm

As a childcare worker at Pysslingen Preschools, you help realize our offer “A safe and stimulating world full of opportunities” for both children and guardians as well as colleagues.

Krukmakaren is a preschool with two smaller departments and a larger one, located in nature-close environments in Tantolunden on Södermalm. We are looking for someone who sees every day as a learning adventure and wants to work in a preschool close to both culture and nature. Our work is characterized by high ambitions, good energy, and collegial reflection.

We are currently looking for:

1. Childcare Worker/Temporary Substitute (Full-time 100%)

Location: Södermalm, Duration: Temporary position starting as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker and confident in the preschool's governing documents. You have the ability to challenge children through play and imagination and create good relationships with both children and guardians. You are familiar with digital tools and express yourself well in speech and writing.

2. Substitute – Fixed Mondays and Fridays

Location: Krukmakaren, five-year group. Duration: Every Monday and Friday until 20260630. This is a perfect assignment for you who are studying! You will work in a group with older children. You will support a regular colleague while the preschool teacher is studying. The role requires you to be flexible, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. Opportunities for substitute assignments on Tuesdays to Thursdays are also possible in case of short-term absence.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a high school diploma or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• preferably has a degree as a childcare worker and previous experience working in preschool.
• believes that every meeting is significant.
• is curious and collaborative.
• wants to learn together with the children.
• sees every day as a learning adventure together with the children and colleagues.
• is attentive and respectful.
• has the assignment in focus.

Employment Type

The position is a general fixed-term employment with an hourly wage. Scope as described above. Start date by agreement.
